I have over 27 years of experience managing all phases of project controls for power generation, military, civil, environmental and petroleum exploration projects.  I have deep expertise in project controls, scheduling and claims analysis as a certified Primavera Trainer and certifications in MSProject and Oracle software applications.  I offer strong EVM direct and supervisory experience and extensive knowledge of DCMA and DCAA audit processes.  I have successfully created a detailed IMS for several different large-scale programs consisting of several hundred different projects.  I have provided schedule creation and analysis, expert witness and forensic delay claims analysis on over 600 individual projects and integrated programs valued at over $7 billion for the Department of Defense, petro-chemical and power generation companies such as AAI, AEP, TVA, TXU, Dominion and Alstom Power.

Principal Program Master Scheduler

• Responsible for development, coordination and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration to cost tool. Developed and maintained the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle, from RFP through project closeout

• Integrated all program activities, including program management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and test through sell-off into the master plan

• Integrated the master schedule to the cost baseline and ensured cost data was consistent with schedule information

• Established logic, predecessors and successors to develop the critical path for a program

• Developed, updated, and maintained schedule performance metrics, related processes and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment

·         Contracted to AEP thru Sun Technical specializing in fossil plant outages and capital projects

·         Supervised and supported 15 project schedulers assigned to various Environmental Projects

·         Built and maintained 8000 activity master integrated project schedule (P3.1 & P3E) for FGD Upgrade at John Amos Power Plant in WV – ($1.2 billion)

·         Created and analyzed project metrics systems using SPI/CPI indices through the use of the CPM method and currently accepted EV methodologies
